5-year-old male, G-Button, Bi-Pap, Sleep Apnea, Nebulizer treatments, Cough Assist, Supplemental Oxygen, CPT, 24 hr pulse oximeter, seizures, 28 lbs. The primary function of the Insurance Authorization Coordinator (AC) is to obtain payor prior authorization for services and enter this information into the Electronic Medical Record (EMR).  The AC may also be cross trained  as the Eligibility Coordinator (EC).

Primary functions are to administer skilled nursing care for patients of all ages in their place of residence, coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team, patients and their families, and a referring agency. Assumes the responsibility for and participates in the coordination of care.     Competitive salary range of $85,000-$95,000 Up to $15,000 Sign-On Opportunity
